Oldham County Youth Soccer Association	OCYSA is a non-profit, volunteer managed organization that has been providing and supporting positive soccer playing experiences for children in Oldham County and the Louisville region for over 25 years. OCYSA offers recreational soccer programming, an intermediate select soccer program, and TOPSoccer for children with mental, physical, or emotional challenges. In addition, OCYSA provides player and coach development programs through the Thoroughbreds Soccer Academy and premier select soccer through the Thoroughbreds Soccer Club.
	The guiding philosophy of the Kentucky Youth Soccer Association is to organize and promote the sport of soccer across the Commonwealth. They furnish their 80+ affiliates with instructional materials, a internet based player/volunteer registration program, a comprehensive insurance program, and offer awards programs for coaches, referees, players and parents, workshops, and player camps, in addition to recreational and select-level tournaments. They offer, under the auspices of US Soccer, programs for coaching education and referee training at all levels. They are a full-service organization and are able to offer development and training to all levels of players, parents, coaches and referees.
